This is my go-to place for afternoon coffee. Very easy & convenient.
The service is usually good, my coffee is always on point. I haven't had anything bad from here. The drive-thru is fairly quick & the associates are very friendly. -

Not coming back here, visiting from ny & I always get a medium iced coffee w/ sf toasted almond, light ice & lots of skim milk. No clue what they gave me. Had to make it twice & it still dont look like coffee. Her reason oh its sf toasted almond thats y mine didnt look like the caramel one my husband got. I kno what my coffee should look like. Well i guess im hitting up Starbucks...

I have been going to this particular location since I moved to Florida 2 years ago. Over the past 3 months the customer services has gotten worse over time. I went through the drive through to get my kids donuts and the guy was extremely rude and nasty. He got upset because I asked if it was possible for him to make any more donuts since they were out of the kind my kids like. The gentleman taking the order snapped that they only make donuts in the morning. Which is not true because they've done this for me numerous times. I canceled my order and went to Krispy Kreme.

Obviously this is a fast food joint and your expectations shouldn't be high, but most DD's I've been too aren't that bad. Foods usually hot and fresh and hits the spot. The service was fast and friendly, however the food was disgusting. Even when I don't like something, typically I will still eat it. I took one bite of my (non-toasted) big n toasty and threw it out. My moms sandwich had to be reconstructed before she ate it because the meat, eggs & cheese were all over the place. Not to mention the hash browns (which are normally so delicious I crave them!) were hard. This location made me sad & even for fast food joint standards this was wwwaayyy below par.
